Anime Nendoroid / Nendoroid Hatsune Miku
Not wanting to wait for the third release, I got this through figurakuen, and it became the first nendoroid which I released from its box.

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku

She is the first character in the Vocaloid Character Vocal Series, a computer music program that synthesizes singing in Japanese. More info at Wikipedia.

The sides and the content of the box

The optional parts that came along with it

I don't really see the purpose of the additional hair, other than a slight change in its design. Haha.

* Note that in order to change the face plate, you need to take off the 2 headphone parts at both sides of Miku. Please do not use brute force before you take these 2 parts off! There's a paper in the box that will guide you along.

The neck and the pigtails' joints. One thing to note is that the pigtails can come off pretty easily. And oftenly, the pigtails act as a support for the nendoroid.

Some initial shots of the different face plates in the Gallery.

On the whole, this is a really nice nendoroid except for some painting-off grains (on my set). The noticeable are the ones right at the middle fringe and the right side of her shirt. A pity on my luck. Hope you guys have the better ones.
